Service maintenance should be carried out depending on how intensively the machine is used, but at least twice a week. The maintenance process includes:
- Replenishing stocks of powders, syrups, cups and water;
- Disassembling and cleaning the mixers and dust covers;
- Cleaning the interior of the machine;
- Flushing the hoses and syrup pumps;
- Draining and cleaning the waste tray;
- Cleaning the water hose and submersible pump (when using this type of connection);
- Cleaning or replacing the filter when using a mains water connection (at least once every six months);
- Checking the operation of the cup dispenser unit, the manipulator and the cup sensor.
The machine's mixer consists of three parts — the funnel (1), the impeller (2) and the base (3).

Wash the parts with hot water and detergent. Dry the parts before refitting them. Before assembling the mixer, wipe the motor shaft and the fixed part. IMPORTANT! When fitting the impeller, align the mark on it with the groove on the motor shaft!

Remove and wash with hot water the hoses running from the mixers, as well as the pour nozzles. The hoses are transparent when new, but during use they may change colour as fine particles settle. Use a thin brush to clean the hoses, or order a spare-parts kit.

To clean the machine body (inside and out) use wipes, sponges, detergents and disinfectants. Always fit the protective plate over the mixers — this prevents water splashing and powder dust from scattering.

The syrup lines are flushed without disassembly. Disconnect the connector from the syrup box and prepare a container of hot water. Lower the hose with the connector into the container and press the syrup-priming button on the machine's internal panel (4–6).

Flush the system until clean water comes out of the dispensing window.
Wipe the active area of the cup sensor with a damp cloth.

When using a submersible pump, at every service wipe the pump body, hose and cable with a sponge and warm water. ATTENTION! Do not allow water to reach the power cable connector!
REMEMBER: the machine is intended for use with food products that have a shelf life and storage conditions. Maintain a high level of sanitation and hygiene. Do not allow odours or foreign impurities in the drinks. Poor or untimely maintenance of the machine can harm customers' health!
Service buttons
The service toggle switches are located above the dry-powder containers, in the top right corner inside the machine:

- SERVICE MODE — opens the machine's service menu;
- FREE MODE — enables free drink preparation mode (a FREE MODE label appears when active);
- CONTROLLER REBOOT — reboots the controller board and control software.
Loading dry mixes
To remove a container:
- Turn the container's spout upwards;
- Lift the container so it comes out of the mounting holes in the body;
- Pull the container towards you.
ATTENTION! FOREIGN OBJECTS ENTERING THE POWDER FEED SYSTEM CAN DAMAGE THE MACHINE! Note that some manufacturers place measuring scoops in the powder bags. Before filling the mixes, make sure the scoop does not end up in the container.


ATTENTION! Always check that the auger nuts are tight before fitting the container.

Loading cups
Before loading cups into the receiver tube, make sure the cup parameters meet the requirements set by Shaker:
- Material: paper (the use of plastic cups is prohibited);
- Dimensions: diameter no more than 90 mm, height no more than 110 mm, volume up to 400 ml.
The manufacturer does not guarantee correct operation of the cup dispenser unit when using cups that do not meet the above requirements.
When loading a stack into the receiver tube, make sure the cups have no defects. The gap between cups in the stack must be uniform, from 4.3 mm to 8 mm. Do not load used, crumpled or deformed cups into the tube.

Load cups into the tube carefully, supporting the falling stack from below by hand through the opening of the splitter. Load the stack in 2–3 parts rather than all at once. Do not compact the cups when loading.
Replenishing stock levels
The first tab of the service menu shows columns — indicators of the stock of products loaded into the machine. After filling the containers and the syrup module, set the stock values to match the amount of product loaded. To do this, tap the corresponding column and slide it up.

When a drink is prepared, the program subtracts the product's dosage from the stock value. When there is less than enough product for 5 shakes (5 large drink dosages) left, that drink is hidden from the selection menu.
Service functions
Mixer flushing
A flush function is provided for the mixers. Each mixer has a corresponding button in the menu. This function can be used either manually or automatically after each preparation. ATTENTION! Using manual or automatic mixer flushing does not remove the requirement to fully disassemble and clean the mixer units during service maintenance.

Mixer flushing after preparation and on a timer
In the service menu (Configurator tab, Service menu section) you can enable flushing after preparation and two automatic-flush timers.

Flushing after preparation runs after a drink is dispensed to the customer. The flush duration is set by the "Flush time in sec" field. To enable the option, tap the option selector and press "Save".
Timer auto-flush flushes all of the machine's mixers at the specified time. The flush duration is set by the "Flush time in sec" field. To enable the option, tap the option selector and press "Save".
Checking manipulator positioning
This settings block is used to check the manipulator's positioning and enter corrections. The values in field 1-2 control positioning under the cup dispenser; the values in field 2-3 control positioning under the pour hoses.

Use the numeric keypad to enter corrections. Press "Cup dispense test" and check the manipulator's positioning under the dispenser unit. If the manipulator stops short of the dispenser unit, increase the number in field 1-2 by 50 and repeat the test. If the manipulator goes past the dispenser unit, decrease the number in field 1-2 by 50 and repeat the test. After entering the required corrections, press "Save".
Press the "Arm test" button. The manipulator will move to the position under the cup dispenser unit, then under the pour hoses. If the manipulator stops short of the hoses, increase the number in field 2-3 by 50 and repeat the test. If the manipulator goes past the hoses, decrease the number in field 2-3 by 50 and repeat the test. After entering the required corrections, press "Save".

Cup dispense test
Checking and adjusting the cup dispenser unit (splitter) and the cup sensor is carried out in the following cases:
- On the first start-up of the machine;
- Each time the tube is refilled, when fewer than 2 cups remain in it;
- When changing the cup supplier / batch.
To run the dispense test, make sure there are cups in the receiver tube. Check that the bottom cup in the stack is strictly vertical, without tilt. If necessary, adjust the stack by slightly lifting it by the bottom cup and then lowering it. On the "Flush" tab, press the "Cup dispense test" button.

After the button is pressed, the dispenser separates one cup from the stack and drops it into the machine's manipulator cup catcher. Make sure the cup falls straight, without tilt. The check is considered passed after 10 successful dispenses. ATTENTION! The cup dispense test will not work if the cup sensor is disabled.
Adjusting the cup dispenser unit
You will need a screwdriver to adjust the splitter. Load at least 20 cups into the receiver tube. There is an adjustment flag on the splitter unit.
Using a screwdriver, loosen the fixing bolt located below the flag.

Push the cup stack upwards and hold it by sliding the flag to the right. Make sure the cup is fixed and pull it down so that the rim of the cup rests on the top of the guide rollers.

Tighten the adjustment-flag screw with the screwdriver and run several cup dispense tests. During the test, make sure the cup falls straight, without tilt. If necessary, adjust again.

Adjusting the cup sensor
Calibration of the cup sensor must be done on site, at the machine's installation location, by trained personnel. The sensor's sensitivity depends on the ambient temperature, so any sensor adjustment must be carried out under stable temperature conditions (a critically important requirement in cold seasons).
ATTENTION! Because of how the cup sensor works, using red or black cups is not recommended.
You will need a small screwdriver to adjust the cup sensor. Place a cup from the batch to be set up in the cup-catcher fork. The cup must sit straight, without tilt. The sensor is adjusted by turning the screw next to the cable.

Turn the screw clockwise with the screwdriver until the diode on the sensor lights up steadily, without breaks or flickering. If the cups used have text and/or a picture, make sure the sensor triggers correctly on any surface of the cup. ATTENTION! Do not place the machine where direct sunlight can hit the sensor lens. The sensor works by reflecting a signal, and if the reading zone is lit up, its stable operation is not guaranteed.
