Error 1 — No Water

Appears when there are problems with the water supply. To reset the error, reboot the machine by pressing the

button. If the error is not reset, start

If the error appears again after rebooting, run diagnostics:

  • Make sure that
    taps

    and the pump/pipeline

    are set in the correct position for the connection;
  • The pump is at the bottom of the tank, the water has not run out;
  • The pump hose is not pinched or kinked;
  • The pressure in the water supply system (with this type of connection) is not lower than 0.15 - 0.8 MPa (1.5 - 8 bar).
  • The water level when rinsing the mixer / pumping water is not less than the optimal level (picture below):

Each connection type uses a separate setting.


Setting up the water supply with a pump

To adjust, you will need a small "minus" screwdriver. The adjustment is made by turning the adjustment screw on the back panel of the machine.

  1. Use a screwdriver to turn the adjusting screw clockwise by 1 turn.
  2. Start washing the mixer (or pumping water) in the service menu.
  3. Visually check the water level in the mixer and readjust if necessary.
  4. Calibration of water is required when water level has been changed.

In case of excess pressure, adjust the screw counterclockwise.


Setting up water supply when connected to a water supply

Adjustment is made by turning the pressure regulator on the back panel of the machine.

  2. Start washing the mixer (or pumping water) in the service menu.
  3. Visually check the water level in the mixer and readjust if necessary.
  4. Calibration of water is required when water level has been changed.

If there is excess pressure, adjust the pressure back by turning the regulator counterclockwise.


Question / Answer

Question: The water has run out, the machine has been in error for some time. When rebooting and pumping, the water does not flow or flows very weakly, the settings do not give results. What should I do?

Answer:

the machine's cooler for 30 minutes, then pump water. The machine's cooler is flow-through, and if there is no water, it freezes and blocks the water supply line.

Question: The machine does not reset the error after multiple reboots, the pressure is normal, the water flows when rebooted. Sometimes the error is reset, but appears again the first time you make a drink. What should I do?

Answer: The water meter needs to be replaced.


Question: When rebooting, water does not flow, the machine operates on a submersible pump. The taps and toggle switch are installed correctly. What should I do?

Answer: Reset the machine and inspect the submersible pump. If the pump does not turn on when resetting, replace it.


Question: When washing a mixer, water flows into one mixer but not into the other.
