Installing MyAssistant (Remote Access)

Installation option 1

Open the official website in the machine's browser and download the file. After downloading, run the installation process:

Installation option 2

If installation fails or is not possible, try the second option — installing via the command line (terminal). To do this:

1. Connect a keyboard to any USB port on the machine (the computer is on the rear wall of the machine behind a cover);
2. On the machine screen, press

   

   and select

   

   (or type Terminal in the search bar);
3. In the terminal, type: cd Downloads and press Enter;
4. In the terminal, type: sudo dpkg -i assistant_6.5-1_amd64.deb and press Enter;
5. When prompted for the password, enter: 123 and press Enter;
6. Wait for the installation to finish. Then press

   

   again and find the

   

   program.
