Attention! The machine must be connected to the internet for the service to work!
Registering a cabinet
To register a cabinet, send your full name, email address and phone number to technical support. You will be sent an authorisation link — follow it and create a password for your cabinet. The cabinet login is the email address given at registration.
Authorising a machine in the cabinet
In the cabinet side panel, select "Machines" and press Add machine . Copy the REG code.
For the Milkshaker model: press SERVICE MODE ⇒ ⚙️ ⇒ "Telemetry" widget. Enter the REG code.
For the T1, T2 and S models: press SERVICE MODE ⇒ Developer mode ⇒ Configurator ⇒ Engineering menu. Press "Registration" and enter the REG code.
After authorising the machine, open the service menu, go to the Dosages section and check that drink settings are present. If they are missing (empty screen), press "Restore old settings".
Cabinet features
"Home" tab
The sales statistics screen for the whole cabinet. Shows general sales information for various periods, a sales chart, and a short summary of the best machines.
"Sales" tab
The screen shows detailed information on all sales. You can export all sales to an Excel file and use advanced search with filters .
"Machines" tab
A list of all machines authorised in the cabinet. For each machine you can preview stock, sales and status (online/offline, current operating mode). You can sort by model and status. Tap a machine row to open its management menu.
Machine home page
The screen shows general machine information — current status, stock, sales summary, information messages, and the activity history of authorised users.
Sales
The screen shows sales detail — sold positions by flavor, prices including applied promo codes, and purchase times. Export to Excel is available.
Stock
The screen shows current machine stock detail. Lets you set water, product and cup stock.
Assortment
The screen configures the machine's drinks assortment. Lets you change the machine's assortment. To save settings, press the button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Note that changing a flavor applies the default drink settings. To set the water or powder dosage, or change the calibration value, press the three dots next to the required drink and open the Calibration tab. To configure small drink volumes, press button 2 in the "Dosage" column.
Settings
The machine management screen . Shows the current machine status and gives access to:
Restarting and shutting down the machine;
Activating flavor mix and configuring it;
Selecting the water connection method, specifying the container volume or filter resource;
Selecting a Vendista terminal to integrate with the machine (requires connecting the Vendista cabinet in the "Management" section, "Integrations" tab);
Disconnecting the machine from telemetry.
"Promo codes" tab
The screen for creating and managing all promo codes. You can search, view, create and edit promo codes, track usage (via a report export), and generate a QR code.
A list of products used for the kiosk / snack machine. Both manual entry and product-list export are available.
"Management" tab
"Employees" section
The screen for viewing and adding cabinet users.
"QR keys" section
The screen for creating and assigning QR codes to users for keyless machine access. Using the code edit button you can configure access to machines, change or block a key. You can track other users' key activity.
"Integrations" section
The integrations section lets you connect external services to telemetry — the Vendista cabinet and a Telegram bot for machine-status notifications.
Integration with the Vendista cabinet synchronises sales and lets you issue refunds directly from the telemetry cabinet (the "Sales" tab in the side panel). To connect the integration, enter your Vendista cabinet login and password and reload the page until the status shows "Connected".
Integration with the Telegram bot lets you receive notifications about machine status changes: free mode, service mode, app activity tracking (running or not), and machine errors.
