The payment terminal is supplied with a cable for connecting to MDB-standard connectors.
Installation procedure:
Switch off the machine's power.
Connect the cable bus to the connector on the back of the terminal.
Mount the terminal on the outside of the door and bolt it on.
Connect the MDB cable connector to the connector on the inside of the machine door.

Signing an acquiring contract
To arrange an acquiring contract, follow the instructions. You can review bank rates when arranging the contract here. Accepting payments via terminals is only possible after the contract is approved by the bank and TID numbers are linked to the terminals.
Configuring the Vendista terminal
When purchased from Shaker, the terminal requires no setup. To transfer the terminal to your Vendista cabinet, send the terminal serial number (shown on the box and on the back of the terminal) and your tax ID (INN) to technical support.
If the device was bought from another dealer and you already have a Vendista cabinet, you need to send configuration commands to the terminal after connecting it to the machine.
On the Vendista portal, open the "Terminals" tab, click the paper plane and, in the command-sending block , select from the list the main terminal commands and the commands to enable SBP QR-code payments (if needed).
Commands for Vendista v2/2.5 terminals
Commands for Vendista v3 terminals
After the documents are processed and the application is approved, the bank sends a TID number that must be assigned to the terminal. To do this, on the Vendista portal open the Terminals tab, click the pencil button next to the required terminal, select one of the numbers in the TID field and save. The terminal is now ready to accept payments.
Online cashboxes
Fiscalisation of acquiring requires a cloud cashbox. Review the cashbox's terms of use on the manufacturer's website.
For remote monitoring of the terminal state (Vendista cabinet), use this status-colour key .
Errors 0, 1, 2, 3: loss of contact in the MDB connector. Check the seating of the wires inside the terminal cable connectors and the door connector, then reboot the machine with CONTROLLER REBOOT. Send a reboot command to the terminal.
Error 2 can also appear on the terminal after cellular dropouts (the terminal keeps working). It can be reset by rebooting the terminal/machine; in some cases it cleared after pressing "Pay" on the machine screen, without any other action.
Error 4: wrong terminal MDB level. All Shaker machines run on protocol level 3 by default. On the Vendista portal, open the "Terminals" tab, click the paper plane and, in the command-sending block , select the main terminal commands and the SBP commands (if needed).
Error 5: incompatible terminal and machine software versions. Update both firmwares to the latest versions.
Error 7: reboot the machine with CONTROLLER REBOOT and send a reboot command to the terminal.
Additional TIDs
Create a new request on the Vendista portal with the type "Additional TID" and specify the number of additional TIDs needed.
Factory reset
If problems occur with the Vendista terminal, fully reconfigure it. To do this:
Send the "Update firmware" command;
Send the "Factory reset" command;
Send the "Main mode - 0" (MDB) command;
Send the "Reboot" command;
Send the main command package.
On the Vendista portal, open the terminal list, click the paper plane and, in the command-sending block , select the main terminal commands and the SBP commands .
Terminal will not turn on
If the Vendista terminal has switched off and does not respond to power being applied or removed, open the case of the terminal, move the SIM card in its tray, and disconnect and reconnect the battery connector to reset the power.
If there is no result:
Disconnect the terminal from the power source;
Hold the terminal screen with your thumb, then connect the terminal to power (the screen should flash), keeping your finger on the screen for a few seconds. The terminal will update — with the screen off or on — and start working;
If that does not help, replace the SIM card in the terminal and repeat the above steps.
Poor signal
If the Vendista terminal does not connect to the server:
The solution depends on the stage at which the connection breaks (the maximum percentage on the terminal screen):
14% — the Sim800 chip is not found, the terminal is defective, replace it;
28% — the SIM card is not found. Switch off and open the terminal, move the SIM card in the tray;
42%-71% — no connection to the GSM tower. Check the SIM card balance;
85% — no connection to the Vendista server (there is a signal, but it is poor).
If the Vendista terminal hangs on the Connecting to external LTE module message, follow the steps in this video.
If nothing helps, do the following:
Replace the terminal SIM with a SIM from an operator that provides good reception at the machine's location.
Install a different Vendista terminal; if it works, replace the faulty one under warranty through the terminal seller.
Terminal will not exit QC (OTK) mode
If the Vendista terminal has entered QC (OTK) mode , follow the steps in this video.
To exit test mode, connect the terminal to the machine, tap the screen and present a card (in any order).
If that does not bring the terminal out of QC mode, enter the terminal number in the parameter field and send the command.
Automatic refunds on successful drink dispenses
Send the terminal the "Auto-refund payment" command with a parameter of 180. This is the time in seconds after which the terminal cancels the purchase if the machine has not dispensed the drink in time.
If sending the command does not solve the problem, disable the server auto-refund in the terminal settings .
Recovering account access
The login and password for the client cabinet are sent to the email given at registration. Shaker technical support does not have access to and does not store Vendista cabinet credentials.
If you lose your login details, search your email around the time the cabinet was registered. The cabinet password is sent in an email after registration. If you cannot find the email, reset the password via the Forgot password? button.
The login is usually the email address or phone number given at registration (unless changed by the user).
Selling or transferring the terminal to another partner
To transfer the terminal to a new owner or when changing partner:
Unlink the terminal TID (Terminals - pencil button - set the Main TID field to "Not selected", save);
Message the Vendista bot on Telegram: @vendista_help_bot;
Select the relevant section — adding a terminal to your cabinet, closing the cabinet (selling the business), or selling the terminal (transfer to another person).
If you cannot complete the previous steps, check who your partner is on the Vendista portal. Then:
Unlink the terminal TID (Terminals - pencil button - set the Main TID field to "Not selected", save);
If your partner is SHAKER TECH, submit a request to technical support and follow the specialists' instructions;
If your partner is NOT SHAKER TECH, email a terminal-transfer request to partners@vendista.ru, stating your tax ID (INN) and legal entity name, the terminal number, and the same details for the new owner.
