Problems?

In some cases the cup dispensing problem remains even after calibration; the cup may jam during dispensing and not fall into the catcher:

Push the cups out of the tube and inspect the guide rollers — they must all be oriented in the same direction:

If cup dispensing does not occur (the dispenser unit does not turn on, or the motor does not complete its turn), check the wiring of the terminals to the motor, the dispenser unit and the controller board.

If, after connection, the unit works in reverse (pushing cups upward), swap the + and - terminals of the dispenser unit motor.
