Diagnostics
Attention! The control board carries 220V. Perform any operations strictly with the power off!
If the cooler malfunctions (fans do not spin, water is not cooling), diagnose the cooler control board and the Peltier elements.
Switch off the cooler power and disconnect the thermal-sensor connector:

Switch on the cooler power. If the case fans start, the problem is in the board's thermal sensor (replace the board). If disconnecting the sensor made no difference, return the connector to its place and check the Peltier elements.
Set the multimeter to resistance measurement (200 Ohm range). Switch off the cooler and place the probes on the fan power connectors (do not disconnect the connectors):

The working range is 6-8 Ohm. Any other readings indicate a short circuit inside the housing; in that case the cooler unit must be replaced.

- After removal, connect the water inlet and outlet hoses together — this lets the machine keep working.
Wiring diagram to the control board:
- Thermal-sensor power connector;
- Peltier element power connectors;
- Case fan power connectors.

Partial disassembly, replacing the case fans and Peltier elements
To access these parts, unscrew the 6 screws of the fan panel:

Carefully move aside the latches around the fan frame and pull it out towards you:

To remove the Peltier cooling elements, unscrew the heatsink screws:

Replace the Peltier elements together with the seals from the repair kit. When replacing the elements without replacing the case fans, blow them out and lubricate them before reassembly. ATTENTION! When assembling, do not overtighten the screws, as this may damage the plastic housing.
Sending the cooler for repair

When packing the cooler, place a note inside with the machine owner's full name and the machine serial number.
