If the keys are lost and the internal power switch is off, the door can be opened by supplying power to the lock connector.
For this you will need any 24V power source (two 12V batteries in series, or a 24V power supply) and two pieces of wire. You can make a battery pair by connecting the "+" terminal of one battery to the "-" terminal of the other with a jumper wire. It is important to check that the pair outputs 24V (measure with a multimeter) and no less — otherwise the lock will not open. Example in the photo:
A second option is to use the power supply of another machine as the source. To do this, connect the two ends of the wire to the 24V+ and 24V- terminals of the power supply:
Opening the lock step by step:
- Unscrew the screws of the compressor compartment cover (rear of the machine, near the power socket);
- Pull out the drawer with the controller board and power supply (the drawer slides out on rails);
- On the controller board, disconnect the DOOR plug:
- Connect two wires into the plug (into the plug, not the socket on the board!). Connect the free ends of the wires to the 24V source — PAY ATTENTION TO THE POLARITY MARKINGS! — the red wire on the plug is the "+" terminal, the green one is the "-" terminal.
- If everything is done correctly, the machine's lock will release (you will hear a click).
